Then provide us the information about your requirement following list below:

- 3. Number of people will live in real estate
- 4. Type of residence ( Condo, House, Penthouse, Commercial property)
- 5. When you plan to move-in.
- 6. Special request (Pet friendly , children’s facilities, building for do business)

Preview real estate and make reservation
After we send list of real estate to you. You make the appointment for preview real estate and building around the project. The step will following this.
Our staff will guide you to real estate: Preview is held every day including weekend. (Tour time 9:00~17:00)
Make a reservation fee: Pay reservation fee when you choose a room.(1 month of rental price for reservation for property you need to rent)
Verify document: Copy of the passport ( identification page of holder) /// Name card /// Business card /// Reservation fee according to a monthly rent of room ( 1 month) /// Copy of work permit /// Copy of your Visa.
Ours team will check about completely of each document for make process can move further. We also check a real estate before move-in such as electrical applicant, water meter and functional , electrical meter and functional etc.
We will make sure that everything ready for you to living and investment. The benefit for customers is our priority.

Lease agreement will make before Move-in.
Confirm about a lease contract and agree with each lease condition.
The contract will be made at a move-in date or before move-in date.

Lease agreement
Contract money. It usually a deposit of 2 month’s rent and 1 month’s advance payment of the rent.
The process of move-in
Tenant, owner, and our staff confirm and agree with the condition of room, furniture, electric appliance, and fixture.
To check electricity meter and water meter, and take photo of them.
Distribute document of the electric appliance and furniture list which contains the data of list over to tenant and owner.
